How do you set up “PayPal” with the cart?


Answer: Follow these steps.

  1. Start the shopping cart program.
  2. Click the Cash Register button on the tool bar.
  3. Click the Server tab on the checkout wizard.
  4. For “Server Type” click the button next to “Order Provider
  5. In the “Secure Order Provider” pull-down menu select one of the PayPal options.
    choosing PayPal for UNIX or NT will result in you receiving a confirmation email from the cart as well as the one you get from PayPal when someone buys from you.

    If you choose PayPal with No confirmation then the only email you will get will be the one from PayPal.com.
  6. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for PayPal as your merchant ID under the pull-down menu.
  7. Click OK. Then publish your store.
